Managing Dashboards​

Viewing Dashboards​

  1. From the Reports page, click on a dashboard name to view it
  2. Use date filters at the top to adjust the time period displayed

Editing Dashboards​

  1. From the Reports page, click the edit icon next to the dashboard
  2. Make your changes to settings or widgets
  3. Click Save to update the dashboard

Publishing Dashboards​

Dashboards start in "Draft" status and are only visible to you until published:

  1. From the Reports page, click the publish icon next to the dashboard
  2. The dashboard will now be visible to users with appropriate roles and authorization

Unpublishing Dashboards​

To make a published dashboard private again:

  1. From the Reports page, click the unpublish icon next to the dashboard
  2. The dashboard will return to "Draft" status

Copying Dashboards​

To use an existing dashboard as a template:

  1. From the Reports page, click the copy icon next to the dashboard
  2. A new draft dashboard will be created with "(copy)" added to the name
  3. Edit as needed and save

Deleting Dashboards​

  1. From the Reports page, click the delete icon next to the dashboard
  2. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Troubleshooting​

No Data Appears in Chart​

  • Verify the selected workflow has submissions
  • Check that the date filter includes the submission dates
  • Ensure you have authorization to view the selected data
  • Confirm the measure field contains data in the submissions

Cannot See a Published Dashboard​

  • Verify you have the required role assigned
  • Check that you have the necessary authorization channel tags
  • Ask the dashboard creator to confirm visibility settings

Widget Shows Unexpected Results​

  • Review the aggregation method selected
  • Check if the dimension is grouping data as expected
  • Verify the data in the source workflow submissions
