Form Accessibility

Ensure your forms are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

Semantic Labels​

Use clear, descriptive labels:

  1. Avoid hiding labels unless absolutely necessary
  2. Use the Label field for all components
  3. Ensure labels clearly describe the expected input

Help Text and Descriptions​

Provide additional context:

  1. Use the Description field to provide instructions
  2. Use placeholder text as examples, not instructions

Keyboard Navigation​

Ensure forms can be navigated without a mouse:

  1. Test form navigation using only the keyboard
  2. Ensure all interactive elements are reachable via keyboard
