Viewing and Exporting Submissions

After a PDF form is submitted, you can view the completed submission and export it in several formats.

Viewing a Submission

  1. Go to My Submissions or Submission History
  2. Find your submission in the list
  3. Click to open it

The PDF displays with all your filled data in read-only mode. You can still navigate between pages and review all content. The submission ID, status, and approval history are shown alongside the form.

Export Options

Three export buttons are available at the bottom of the submission view:

Table View

Exports submission data as a structured table — field labels paired with their submitted values, plus submission metadata (ID, date, status).

Best for: Quick data summaries, sharing individual field values without the PDF layout.

Form View (All)

Exports a full-page capture of the submission view, including:

  • The rendered PDF with filled data
  • Workflow context: approval history, status, metadata

File size: Moderate to large (1–3 MB depending on form length)

Best for: Complete audit trails, internal documentation, archival with full submission history.

Initial Form Only

Exports just the filled form — no workflow metadata or approval history. Produces a cleaner, smaller file than Form View (All).

Best for: Sharing the form content externally, situations where workflow context is not needed, printing.
